ReleaSys™ HTX-D Die Casting Release Agent is Miller-Stephenson’s most advanced coating for the die casting industry. Purposely formulated to enhanced production throughput. reduce scrap rates, and gain efficiency. ReleaSys HTX-D produces an ultra thin, highly lubricious coatings providing smooth, clean release without the need for post molding cleaning. Due to the high efficiency of ReleaSys™ HTX-D and need for only thin coats, mold service life and surface quality are maximized while also providing the highest cost-efficiency available. Moreover, thanks to our innovative binder technology, cast parts are 100 compatible for dip coating, seal and structural bonding, and welding without the need for pre-cleaning or grit blasting. Thanks to the highly stable and non-wetting nature of our die casting lubricants, ReleaSys HTX-D is suitable for heat treatment and tempering applications and particularly effective in high pressure die casting operations.
