ReleaSys™ 89S represents Miller-Stephenson most advanced aerosol release agent chemistry, combining advanced crosslinking resin technology, optimized spray pattern and self-levelling, and rapid dry times. Our engineering and development teams were able to provide technology previously only available in non-aerosol formats into this high performance aerosol product. Exhibiting ultra-high performance, multiple releases, enhance durability, zero transfer, and ultra-thin films, ReleaSys 89S delivers near universal release of any substrate off of any mold configurations. Our formulation is particularly effective on difficult polyurethane foams, rubbers, and TPUs specifically when used in combination with our ReleaSys™ MOLD SEALER or ShieldSys™ MX120. The proprietary siloxane resin copolymer binds tenaciously to mold surfaces, curing to a micro-thin film allowing for extended reapplication intervals – improving efficiency, cost effectiveness, and mold cleanliness. ReleaSys™ 89S – Superior Chemistry, Superior Results
