ReleaSys™ 7200 Wax Release Agent is an advanced hybrid wax based release agent, utilizing synthetic wax polymers and slip additives. A ‘Wipe on, Leave on‘ coating, applications are simple, straightforward yet provide powerful release. ReleaSys 7200 wax release agent is able to outperform other more expensive release chemistries such as fluoropolymer and silicone based systems. This unique wax release agent provides robust release and anti-blocking properties across a broad range of mold configurations and materials . Moreover, our synthetic wax has been modified, meaning that if transfer does occur, it will not effect post molding painting, bonding or adhering.

ReleaSys 7200 combines the robust barrier and release ease of traditional hard waxes that require the application of 6-10 coats followed by buffing with the ease of a sprayable release coating. Further, our wax release agent requires only a single coat! This is made possible by the use of highly specializes wax polymers and slip additives, achieve excellent release film strength and durability in a ultra-thin film coating. This makes the coating application in high through polyurethane molding operations as well as epoxy potting and encapsulations process. The ReleaSys 7200 pairs extremely well with our ReleaSys 7400 or ShieldSys™ MX120. For a water-based alternative we strongly recommend the ReleaSys™ 7200W
