ReleaSys™ DF-3R Dry Film Release is high performance, non flammable PTFE based mold release. Designed to provide exceptional release across a broad range of moldable substrates. ReleaSys™ DF-3R contains no oils, silicone, or wax components. Ideal for release of epoxy, composite, & rubber molds while also being an effective dry lubricant. This product contains zero chlorinated or hydrocarbon solvents. making it safe for rubber and plastic surfaces. Fast drying and ultra low VOC carrier fluid allows for easy application of thin films. ReleaSys™ DF-3R is particularly effective for cold molding operations which require a dry film release agent. ReleaSys™ DF-3R will not interfere with post production finishing operations.

Applied coatings as thin as 0.1 micron still maintaining 100% effectiveness. This specialized dry film release chemistry can used to release the following materials.
