ReleaSys™ HTX-G Graphite Release Agent is a next generation, graphite-based release coating that develops ultra-thin dry films providing superior anti-stick and surface lubricity properties. Miller-Stephenson has built this coating from inception to provide unmatched barrier and anti-stick properties for a variety of manufacturing needs and configurations. ReleaSys™ HTX-G is typically used in high temperature casting and molding operations, specifically where clean, efficient release properties are needed without the normal messy, dusty nature of lesser graphite base release systems. Our coating is designed specifically to dramatically decrease dusting, transfer, and over-spray all while developing superior release properties. Thanks to carefully selected additives, our graphite release coating is effective from room temperature up to 850 °C and utilizes an ultra-fast drying aerosol formulation, increasing productivity while minimizing wasteful over-spray. Moreover, thanks to a proprietary polymer additive, the coating dry, non-oily and extremely low emissions even at 850°C. Benefits include:
