ReleaSys™ ECO2 is designed to be Ease-to-use. general purpose mold release that combines high performance anti-stick/lubrication properties, excellent substrate compatibility and temperature stability (room temperature – 850 °F). Effective mold release of metals, rubbers, acrylics, waxes, plastics, urethanes, etc and is a good general purpose release lubricant.

ReleaSys™ ECO2 General Purpose Release Agent is designed to be a universal and ease to use mold release agent. ReleaSys ECO2 offers high performance anti-stick/lubrication properties, excellent substrate compatibility and high temperature stability (room temperature – 850 °F). These properties yield a coating which can be used to mold nearly any substrate in any configuration. ReleaSys™ ECO2 can be used to mold metals, rubbers, acrylics, waxes, plastics, urethanes, and is a good general purpose lubricant. Additionally the product provides excellent gloss and water repellency to surfaces with zero impart to substrate color or optical clarity. The water based formulations contains zero VOC and is HAPS free. Concentrate to more be cost effective, the ECO2 can be diluted up to 10-150 times. The coating is safe for application to any substrate that is compatible with a water-based coating.

ReleaSys™ ECO2 General Purpose Release Agent was designed to be excellent all round release system. The applied coating offers outstanding utility on both simple and challenging molding configurations. Utilizing next-generation emulsion technology, ReleaSys™ ECO2 provide superior anti-stick, release, and lubrication properties to any surface it is applied to. Designed not damage or swell delicate RTV silicone or elastomer molds or cause corrosion on metallic surfaces. The low coefficient of friction and superior film strength provide potent lubrication to coated surfaces. It is particularly effective on metal-plastic, metal-rubber, and rubber-plastic interfaces. Used in it concentrated form, the ECO2 will provide highly potent release in high temperature metal forming.
