100% Silicone Free, DryFilm Fluoropolymer Release Agent
ReleaSys™ 8200 is a PTFE Water-based Release Agents, that offers semi permanent performance with a dryfilm release coating. PTFE Water-based Release Agents are designed to provide reliable, consistent release across a broad range of moldable substrates. ReleaSys 8200 excels at compression / transfer molding of rubbers, elastomers and silicone elastomers . Properly applied, our product develops a durable, thin-film on the mold surface with minimal mold build-up. ReleaSys 8200 will not interfere with post production finishing operations and produces products with a matte finish.

Applications of ReleaSys™ 8200 Water-based Release Agent
ReleaSys 8200 is a semi permanent PTFE water-based release agents designed to provide excellent dry film mold release. PTFE has the lowest coefficient of friction of any release chemistry and generates resilient films on mold surfaces. The applied film has exceptional release and dry lubricant properties for the following applications:
- High Tack or Aggressive Silicone Rubber and RTV
- Rubbers, Elastomers, FKM
- Peroxide-cured EPDM
- Epoxy, Composite, and FRP materials
- Dry Film Lubrication

The application efficiency of ReleaSys 8200 can be seen by the relatively small amounts of release agent that needs to be applied to the mold surface to give numerous releases. Despite such small application volumes, mold surfaces are protected and surface imperfections are reduced.
