Advanced Polyurethane Release Agent Chemistry

Miller-Stephenson’s ReleaSys™ exclusive crosslinking polymer chemistry, delivery unparalleled properties that polyurethane molders look for: Superior release ease, cleaner molds, reduced build up, reliable surface quality, and high cost effectiveness.  Customers that switch to our high performance coating systems typically see reductions in mold release thanks to our high efficient, thin film coatings that deliver improve release while utilizing less material.  Of particular importance is our focus on reduction of build up associated with polyurethane operations.  ReleaSys polyurethane release agent systems are designed to tackle this issue by delivering improved release performance in thinner release agent coatings. Thinner, durable release coatings reduces build-up and greatly extends up time. The results? – high quality parts, more parts made per shift, and less downtime – a potent combination.

Superior Products, Expert Technical Service – a potent combination

Miller-Stephenson prides itself on providing in depth and hands on product support and technical expertise.  Our highly experienced polyurethane release agent technical team understands what matters to polyurethane molders and the release properties their require. Reliable release, no messy transfer, and reduced build up are top priorities when selecting the best release agent for your polyurethane molding. ReleaSys™ mold release agents utilize hybrid wax, silicone, and crosslinking siloxane chemistry, providing a complete portfolio of release solutions.  Available in both solvent and water based formulations, the right coating is available no matter your needs.  All ReleaSys mold release agents impart a light, non greasy coating on mold surfaces eliminating build up. The result is uniform part appearance, zero transfer, and multiple cycles from a single application.
