Krytox™ Corrugator Grease

A two grade series of fully fluorinated greases that contain an anti-corrosion/anti-wear inhibitor and is ideal for corrosive environments. Krytox CORR greases are 100% nonflammable, oxygen compatible and both grease options are NSF H-1 certified for food contact making them ideal for packaging process applications.

Krytox™ GPL 225 Grease

A PFPE-based grease with PTFE thickener and a sodium nitrite additive for enhanced corrosion, rust & wear protection. Krytox™ GPL 225 is 100% non flammable, non staining, chemically and biologically inert. Can be applied to most plastics, elastomers and metals and is NSF H-1 approved for incidental food contact making it an ideal lubricant choice for packaging process applications.

Krytox™ GPL 20X Grease

A series of fully synthetic, 100% nonflammable, chemically inert greases that are widely used in the packaging process industry for reducing repair downtime. Safe for application to most plastics and elastomers and will not cause corrosion to metals. The Krytox™ greases listed below are NSF H-1 certified for incidental food contact making them ideal lubricants for packaging process applications.

Krytox™ XHT-500 Oil

A high performance, highly engineered perfluoropolyether (PFPE) based synthetic oil with a low evaporation rate for extreme thermal stability and long-lasting lubrication performance. ReleaSys™ HTX

An ultra high performance ceramic coating designed to provide superior adhesion to mold surfaces, allowing numerous high temperature castings of glass, metals, and other substrates without the need for frequent mold re-coating. Our product forms a uniform, thin film on surfaces, binding tenacious to metallic and non-metallic surfaces. Our advanced chemistry provides both a low temperature and high temperature binder system allowing use on a broad spectrum of substrates and heating capabilities.

Miller-Stephenson’s ReleaSys™ RM Rotational molding release agent combines over 50 years of release agent expertise and thermoplastic molding experience.
