Miller-Stephenson MS-122ADX Dry Lubricants uses advanced dry lube fluoropolymer chemistry to create a proprietary white, waxy particle dispersion of PTFE. This dry lubricant applies an ultra-thin layer of dry lubrication to surfaces. The long-lasting PTFE coating provides a low coefficient of friction and corrosion protection in all applications, including high temperatures & pressures. Additionally, the122ADX was developed to help answer some of the new regulations being proposed and implemented in the USA, Europe, and Canada. The outstanding lubricity and low coefficient of friction of PTFE is perfect for use as a dry film lubricant and as a release agent in molding operations.

Applications of MS-122ADX as a Dry Lubricant
The MS-122ADX is a PTFE dry lubricant that is excellent for all applications. The formulation of this dry lubricant allows for it to be used on all surfaces, providing a very uniform coating, especially where there is metal-to-metal contact. The applied film offers excellent corrosion and high-temperature protection and lubrication. The coating is also safe for direct application to rubbers, elastomers, plastics, and other sensitive surfaces. Coupled with the use of No ODC (ozone-depleting chemicals), no HFC propellants or solvents (hydrofluorocarbons), and lower VOC. The MS-122ADX is a great choice for your production process.
