ReleaSys^TM Mold Release Cleaner is an eco-friendly and powerful way to clean most ReleaSys and other mold release products and contaminates off molds. This highly effective mold release cleaner will remove residual contaminates, resins, siloxanes, waxes, oils, greases, buildup, stains, dirt, grime, dust, fingerprints, and color deposits without removing the mold from the machine. A robust cleaner but also safe to use on most molding surfaces as well as injection molding machines. Utilized in a variety of different types of molding substrates such as composites, epoxy resins, plastics, urethanes, and rubbers. ReleaSys mold release cleaner is a potent non-abrasive solution that will elongate the life of the mold and mitigate scrap rates of molded parts; especially when used in conjunction with a ReleaSys and/or ShieldSys^TM release agent or coating. In addition to cleaning molds, it can also be used to clean brushes, equipment, machinery, and pins. This efficient mold release cleaner that will not cause surface dulling, streaks, or residue so it can be used periodically without having to shut down production. Can be used as short-term protection against corrosion in case a mold will be taken offline for some time.
