Next generation crosslinking, nanoceramic technology forms a continuous, highly structured thin film on surfaces improve release uniformity, reducing release agents requirements, and greatly extending mold life. These coatings are particular effective for high volume product campaigns or when molding aggressive or high tack materials. Coating thickness is typically < 1-5 micron.
