Founded in 1955 by George Stephenson, the company began operation in modest quarters by repackaging resins and curing agents for boat manufacturers in the Northeast. Shortly thereafter, the company moved to a larger facility along the Norwalk River, not far from what is now the Maritime Museum. The original, simple line of resins, which marked its early beginnings, was expanded to the extensive line of products which you see on our website today. Also in that expansion was a series of moves to progressively larger quarters and the addition of branch offices, distribution centers and a world-wide dealer network. Our headquarters facility is now situated on 35 acres in close proximity to the Danbury Airport in beautiful Connecticut.
